The Push Mobile Media Dashboard is designed for the Enterprise manger providing a quick overview of the activity regarding the mobile campaigns generated by this system.

The Dashboard is design to provide mobiGraphs to help you get to campaigns fast and watch the most active campaigns by date created , creator, group and launch date.

This dashboard links directly to campaigns in development by your staff as well as campaigns that have been launched.


Enterprise Report Overview

Enterprise Reporting is available in several areas of enterprise activity. The chart indicates an accounting by month and YTD.

 Active Members – defined as those enterprise users who are assigned to a mobile campaign as an Administrator, Contributor, Guest, and or Recipient. This number is dynamic and adjusts as additional users are added to campaigns.

 Campaigns – listed as total campaigns served by month and YTD.

Total MobiPages Served – represents the number of internet based mobile web pages are loaded to mobile devices within the enterprise contained audience.

Total Video Storage – measured in Mbytes and stored within the Push Mobile Media network.

Total Video Streamed or downloaded – showing the mobile video streams and or downloads.

Total SMS Sent – showing the total SMS sent .

 All Campaigns

Provides a view of the most current campaign created by the enterprise. By clicking on any campaign name, the campaign will open for viewing. This report allows you to search for a specific campaigns by typing any word within the title of the campaign. This predictive search engine populates the campaigns with the closest word match within the title list. To refresh the list to its original state select the button “Refresh List”.

 

User Feedback

Depending on the scope and ROI of any campaign the User Feedback is an indication of user feedback, engaugement into the usefulness of the mobile campaigns. For a more detailed report on a specific campaign, select Campaign Report from the Reporting menu list on the main menu.


Top 5 Mobile Devices

The graph shows by percentage the top 5 handheld devices used within the enterprise. The information indicates the a sample of our reporting capabilities.

The mobiPage Builder is a custom tool that allows you the flexibility of building your own branded mobiPages. The drag and drop or double click items make it easy to build your mobile campaign. Import Images , create text, and import mobile video directly in to many pages.

The forms are designed in three primary areas: Page Elements, Navigation and User feedback.

Step 5 – Create Mobile Pages

This section offers both template and “Custom” mobile pages that provide a work space to build and deliver mobile content.

One Mobile Minute™

This set of mobile web page templates allows you to utilize optimized mobile pages for immediate delivery of your mobile campaign.

  1. Select a mobile page template, and as an option, you customize the template with the “Edit Style” selection below the fourth  template “Create a Custom Style”. Edit Style allows you to select a specific color, font size, button color and or custom image upload.
  2. Select Header / Logo – Enter the text / image for the header information
  3. Select Read It – enter the title and text content to be delivered.
  4. View your mobile content – “View Pages”
  5. Watch It – design for mobile video delivery. Upload the video media following the criteria requirements.
  6. Feed It Back – Create your polling questions for User Feedback.
  7. Create your custom footer by typing in the information or upload a small graphic.

IMPORTANT: Alerts can be added or changed from Step 2 Create Teams / Assign Roles

Step 4 – Create SMS Message

Mobile SMS messages are easy to create with our wizard.

Message Each mobile SMS message is designed to provide a simple text message of up to 140 characters. Simple concise messages work best.

Embedded URL Each SMS message has the option of embedding a URL link. The mobile end-user must have an internet capable mobile device and mobile internet connection to take advantage of the URL/Link. The user selects the URL/Link to launch mobile web pages that contain the content of the campaign.

Testing the SMS Message Enter a single mobile phone number to test the SMS message and embedded link.

Step 3 – Schedule Campaign

This form provides a scheduling component for each campaign.

Dates Each mobile campaign has dates assigned to begin and end the program. Choose the month and one date for each action of Start Date and End Date. The highlighted dates will be saved automatically as you advance to the next step in the campaign.

Campaign Times Every mobile campaign has a start time and end time. The pull down menu provides a visual selection for both a start time, or delivery time and an end time. A default start time is set for 7:00 AM EST and 12:00 PM EST for the end time.

Alerts Alerts are designed into the system to notify those members who need confirmation the mobile campaign has initiated or expired. Campaign members, those responsible for the campaign, can have “Alerts” set up by the Administrator in the section – Step 2 – Create Teams – Assign Roles.

Schedule Overview This visual chart helps determine when mobile campaigns have been scheduled. Provides 4 months as an overview, by placing the mouse over the highlighted date, the summary window gives detail of the program.

Step 2 – Create Team / Roles This step allows the enterprise Admin to add contributors to the specific campaign.

Assign Member Roles Enterprise “Admin” – highest level of access to the system. Roles include adding contributors and assigning roles and responsibilities. Only the Admin can publish the campaign. Contributor – Designs content, SMS messages, mobile web pages, rich mobile media and user feedback forms. Alpha/Beta team – Represents the QA test group, receives messages on their mobile devices and receive alerts from the system. Assigned only by the Admin. Email / Mobile Alerts – these assigned alerts are designed to notify the team members who need to know the status of a campaign. Mobile Alerts monitor the scheduled activities of launch, expiration etc.

Enterprise User List This list shows the entire enterprise that is accessible by our system. Members can be added manually or selected from the enterprise list. The search field searches the entire database for the exact match. Save Button – saves the information posted to the Assign Member Role(s).

Define the mobile audience, who needs the information as a high priority? Which section/department/group/ channel of the enterprise will receive the campaign?

How does your team define a measured successful campaign? What are your benchmarks? What is your ROI?
