Enterprise Reporting is available in several areas of enterprise activity. The chart indicates an accounting by month and YTD.

 Active Members – defined as those enterprise users who are assigned to a mobile campaign as an Administrator, Contributor, Guest, and or Recipient. This number is dynamic and adjusts as additional users are added to campaigns.

 Campaigns – listed as total campaigns served by month and YTD.

Total MobiPages Served – represents the number of internet based mobile web pages are loaded to mobile devices within the enterprise contained audience.

Total Video Storage – measured in Mbytes and stored within the Push Mobile Media network.

Total Video Streamed or downloaded – showing the mobile video streams and or downloads.

Total SMS Sent – showing the total SMS sent .

 All Campaigns

Provides a view of the most current campaign created by the enterprise. By clicking on any campaign name, the campaign will open for viewing. This report allows you to search for a specific campaigns by typing any word within the title of the campaign. This predictive search engine populates the campaigns with the closest word match within the title list. To refresh the list to its original state select the button “Refresh List”.

 

User Feedback

Depending on the scope and ROI of any campaign the User Feedback is an indication of user feedback, engaugement into the usefulness of the mobile campaigns. For a more detailed report on a specific campaign, select Campaign Report from the Reporting menu list on the main menu.


Top 5 Mobile Devices

The graph shows by percentage the top 5 handheld devices used within the enterprise. The information indicates the a sample of our reporting capabilities.

 


Step 2 Create Team Roles

Step 2 – Create Team / Roles This step allows the enterprise Admin to add contributors to the specific campaign.

Assign Member Roles Enterprise “Admin” – highest level of access to the system. Roles include adding contributors and assigning roles and responsibilities. Only the Admin can publish the campaign. Contributor – Designs content, SMS messages, mobile web pages, rich mobile media and user feedback forms. Alpha/Beta team – Represents the QA test group, receives messages on their mobile devices and receive alerts from the system. Assigned only by the Admin. Email / Mobile Alerts – these assigned alerts are designed to notify the team members who need to know the status of a campaign. Mobile Alerts monitor the scheduled activities of launch, expiration etc.

Enterprise User List This list shows the entire enterprise that is accessible by our system. Members can be added manually or selected from the enterprise list. The search field searches the entire database for the exact match. Save Button – saves the information posted to the Assign Member Role(s).

Define the general overview of the mobile campaign. Generally, there are multiple people with specific roles involved in each project. The Purpose / Scope section will help everyone on the team understand the priority and everyone on the team understand the priority and components of the campaign.

Define the Target Audience

Define the mobile audience, who needs the information as a high priority? Which section/department/group/ channel of the enterprise will receive the campaign?

Expected Results (ROI)

How does your team define a measured successful campaign? What are your benchmarks? What is your ROI?

IMPORTANT: This information is forwarded to all team members by email as well provides a basic frame work for all reports generated to track the ROI.

The Push Mobile Media Dashboard is designed for the Enterprise manger providing a quick overview of the activity regarding the mobile campaigns generated by this system.

The Dashboard is design to provide mobiGraphs to help you get to campaigns fast and watch the most active campaigns by date created , creator, group and launch date.

This dashboard links directly to campaigns in development by your staff as well as campaigns that have been launched.
